Returns

The customer has a legal right to return their order to Positive Sports Solutions. The Retail Partner from which collection was made does not need to be involved in the returns process. Returns are done directly with Positive Sports Solutions. However, we request that you inform the customer that any discrepancies or damages should be communicated to Positive Sports Solutions within 7 days from date of delivery. All products supplied by Positive Sports Solutions includes warranties and guarantees of specifications from the manufacturing company.

To start the return process, the Customer must first notify Positive Sports Solutions that they wish to use their right to return the purchased goods. This happens online through a returns form. Once confirmed, the products must be returned clean, unused, and in like-new condition. Positive Sports Solutions checks the returned product, accepts or amends the return, and informs the customer of their assessment. Positive Sports Solutions will refund the customer where necessary.
